Overview
This page explains how to request deletion of personal information associated with GuruApps products, including information that may be connected through Facebook Login, Meta services, app sign-in, subscriptions, support requests, or other app features.
If you reached this page from Facebook or Meta, you can use the instructions below to ask GuruApps to delete data associated with your use of a GuruApps app or website.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to davit@guru-apps.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us find the correct records, please include:
- The GuruApps app or service you used.
- The email address, Facebook account name, or other identifier you used with the app.
- A short note saying that you want your GuruApps data deleted.
Facebook Login and Meta Data
If you used Facebook Login or another Meta feature with a GuruApps product, please mention that in your email. After we verify and locate the account or records, we will delete or anonymize personal information that GuruApps controls and that is associated with your Facebook Login or Meta-connected use, subject to the limits described below.
You can also remove a GuruApps app from your Facebook account through Facebook settings by going to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites, and removing the relevant app. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically send GuruApps a deletion request, so please email us if you want deletion of data we may hold.
What We Delete
Depending on the app or service, deletion may include account profile information, identifiers connected to sign-in, support records linked to your request, app-specific records, and other personal information that GuruApps controls and can reasonably identify from your request.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited information when required or permitted by law, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, app store subscription records, or enforcing our terms. When possible, retained records are minimized, anonymized, or separated from active product use.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify and process the request. If we need more information, we will contact you at the email address used for the request.
