Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to Ringora: Ringtone Maker ("Ringora"), an iPhone ringtone creation app published by GuruApps LLC ("GuruApps," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using Ringora, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Apple App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use Ringora.

Relationship to Apple Terms and EULA

Ringora is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your download, purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund request, and use of Apple platform features may also be governed by Apple's App Store, Apple Media Services, payment, and device account rules.

Unless a separate custom end user license agreement is shown for Ringora in App Store Connect or on the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to your license to use the app. These Terms supplement that license with Ringora-specific rules, subscription and credit terms, image and audio-use requirements, and feature limitations.

License to Use Ringora

Subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules, GuruApps grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ringora on Apple-branded devices that you own or control and as permitted by Apple's usage rules.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, attempt to derive the source code of, interfere with, bypass usage limits in, or misuse Ringora, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

About Ringora

Ringora is designed to create AI music inspired by a photo and custom ringtones from supported audio files, videos, recordings, and built-in sounds. Features may include photo-to-music generation, audio import, audio extraction from video, recording, curated ringtone sounds, Smart Cut suggestions, manual trimming, loudness adjustment, fade-in and fade-out effects, preview, project naming, cover selection, project organization, search, filtering, export, and sharing through iOS.

Features may differ by device model, operating system version, region, permissions, available storage, network access, subscription status, and app version.

Photo-to-Music AI Generation

Choose a photo, an audio mode, and a musical style to request audio inspired by the image. Ringora sends the selected image and your options to OpenAI for analysis and a musical brief, then sends text instructions, including generated lyrics when applicable, to Google's Lyria music generation service. Google receives the music instructions, not your uploaded photo. The Ringora AI Generation section of our Privacy Policy explains this processing and retention.

AI generation requires an internet connection and separately purchased credits, whether or not you subscribe to Ringora Pro. You can listen to a generated track, trim it, edit its sound, save it as a project, and export it as a ringtone without a Pro subscription. Generating music does not automatically publish your photo or audio to Community.

AI output is a creative interpretation. It may misinterpret an image, differ from your chosen style, include unexpected sounds or lyrics, or fail to meet your expectations. We do not guarantee a particular duration, quality, accuracy, originality, uniqueness, copyright eligibility, or freedom from third-party rights. Other users may receive similar results. Review generated audio before using, exporting, or publishing it.

You retain your rights in uploaded images. You grant GuruApps and the providers acting on our behalf the limited permission needed to process those images and related instructions to fulfill your generation request. GuruApps does not claim ownership of your generated audio; any rights you may have in it remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights. A generation credit does not purchase an exclusive composition or guarantee rights to publish the result.

Community and User-Generated Content

Ringora includes an optional Community feature that allows users to publicly publish ringtone audio and creator profile information ("Community content"). Community content may appear in the Community feed, be previewed by other users, and be used or set as a ringtone by other users. Published Community content may remain available until it is removed by its creator or by GuruApps.

User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You are responsible for photos and other material you upload for AI generation, as well as Community content that you upload or publish. Upload only images you own or have permission to submit to our AI providers. Obtain any necessary consent from people depicted in an image, and do not submit private or confidential material without authorization. You may publish only content that you own or for which you have all rights, permissions, and licenses necessary to reproduce, distribute, and make the content available to other Ringora users as described in these Terms.

You must not upload copyrighted songs, sound recordings, audio clips, artwork, images, names, performances, or other material unless you have permission to publish and distribute it. The availability of an upload or publishing feature in Ringora does not grant you permission to redistribute copyrighted or otherwise protected material.

License Granted to GuruApps

You retain any ownership rights you have in your Community content. When you upload or publish Community content, you grant GuruApps a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, stream, display, and distribute that content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, moderate, and improve Ringora and the Community feature.

This license ends when your Community content is deleted, except to the extent retention is required by law or copies remain temporarily in technical backups for a reasonable period. This license does not transfer ownership of your Community content to GuruApps.

Prohibited Community Content

You must not upload, publish, or use a creator profile to provide content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Is illegal or promotes violence, unlawful conduct, or illegal activity.
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, abuse, or discriminatory content.
• Impersonates another person or organization or uses a misleading creator profile.
• Facilitates fraud, scams, spam, malware, or other harmful or deceptive activity.
• Exposes another person's private or confidential information without authorization.
• Violates another person's privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.

Moderation and Enforcement

Community content may be published directly, and GuruApps does not promise that all content will be manually reviewed or approved before publication. GuruApps reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review reported content; remove Community content; restrict access to Community features; block or suspend abusive creators; remove creator profiles or accounts where appropriate; and act on copyright, legal, safety, or abuse complaints. We may take these actions when we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of Ringora users or others.

Reporting and Blocking

Ringora may provide tools that allow users to report objectionable or infringing Community content and to block creators or users. Reported content may be reviewed and removed when appropriate. To report legal, copyright, safety, or abuse concerns, contact GuruApps at davit@guru-apps.com and include enough information for us to identify and evaluate the content at issue.

Deleting Community Content

Creators can delete their own uploaded ringtones and may delete their Community profile or account through the deletion flow available in Ringora. Deletion from Ringora Community does not guarantee deletion of a copy that another user previously exported, downloaded, set as a ringtone, or otherwise stored independently on their own device. GuruApps cannot remotely erase independently stored copies from another user's device.

Creator Notifications

Ringora may notify a creator when another user interacts with, uses, or sets the creator's published ringtone. Push notifications are optional and are subject to the creator's notification permission and device settings.

Your Images, Audio, and Required Rights

You are responsible for every photo, image, audio file, video, recording, voice, musical performance, name, cover, and other material you import, record, edit, save, export, or share through Ringora. You represent that you own that material or have all licenses, permissions, and other rights required to use it for the purpose you choose.

Ringora does not grant you permission to copy or create a ringtone from music, video, recordings, performances, broadcasts, or other content owned by someone else. Purchasing, streaming, or otherwise accessing content does not necessarily grant ringtone creation, editing, reproduction, or distribution rights. Please use only audio and images that you own or have permission to use, and share only content you have the rights to publish.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Ringora to infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other rights; to impersonate or harass another person; to create deceptive or unlawful recordings; to distribute malware or harmful content; or to violate any applicable law.

You may not use built-in Ringora sounds as a standalone sound library, resell or redistribute them, include them in another app or commercial sound pack, or make them available for others to download outside the personal ringtone and alert workflows supported by Ringora.

Recording and Privacy

Laws concerning audio recording and consent vary by location. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording a conversation, voice, performance, or surrounding sound. Do not record or share private, confidential, or sensitive audio without authorization.

Smart Cut and Editing Limitations

Smart Cut suggestions such as Best Hook, Strong Beat, and Smooth Intro are automated estimates based on the available audio. A suggestion may miss the section you prefer, select an awkward transition, include silence or unwanted content, or produce a result that requires manual trimming. Results are not guaranteed to match musical structure, artistic intent, audio quality, or a particular device's ringtone behavior.

Loudness adjustments and fade effects may sound different across speakers, headphones, devices, volume settings, and environments. Always preview and review the full selected section before saving, exporting, or relying on it.

Ringtone Export and iOS Limitations

Ringora can prepare and export a ringtone file and may continue the process through the iPhone Share Sheet or other Apple-provided interfaces. Apple controls how iOS imports, installs, syncs, displays, or assigns ringtones and text tones. Available steps and destinations may change by iOS version, installed apps, permissions, region, or Apple's platform rules.

Ringora cannot guarantee that every exported file will be accepted by iOS, appear in the expected settings screen, work with every contact or alert type, or remain available after operating system, device, account, or app changes.

Free Version Limits

The free version of Ringora includes access to 42 ready-made ringtones, previews of all 84 ready-made sounds, three new custom project saves in total, and one custom ringtone export. Project saves and exports are separate allowances for projects made from your own audio, videos, recordings, or built-in sounds. Deleting a project does not reset the save allowance. The export allowance is used when Ringora successfully prepares the ringtone file and opens the Share Sheet, even if you do not finish setting the ringtone in iOS. Editing an existing project does not use another new-project save.

Projects created through paid photo-to-music generation are exempt from these project save and export limits and do not use your ordinary free allowances. Usage limits are enforced within the app. GuruApps may adjust free limits or feature availability in future versions, subject to applicable law and any notice required by the App Store.

Ringora Pro Subscription

Ringora offers optional Pro features through an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Ringora Pro unlocks the complete ringtone library, unlimited custom projects, unlimited exports, and new ringtone packs as they are released. Prices and included features may vary by country or region, currency, tax treatment, Apple pricing rules, promotions, and the App Store configuration shown at the time of purchase.

AI generation credits are purchased separately and are not included in Ringora Pro. Subscribing, renewing, or restoring Pro does not add AI credits. Canceling Pro does not expire your purchased credit balance.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period as required by Apple.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal before the current billing period ends in accordance with the terms shown by Apple.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings after purchase.
• Deleting Ringora does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

The subscription name, duration, price, renewal details, and included features are shown in Ringora and on Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase. If Apple's purchase interface shows terms that differ from this page, the terms displayed by Apple at the time of purchase control the purchase and billing process.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Subscription billing is managed by Apple. You can review Apple's current instructions for managing or canceling a subscription on the Apple Support website. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period, subject to the terms displayed by Apple and applicable law.

Restore Purchases and Pro Access

Ringora may provide a restore purchases option so eligible subscribers can restore Pro access on supported devices. Access depends on Apple's purchase records, your Apple Account, App Store availability, network connectivity, and Ringora's ability to validate entitlement status.

AI Credit Packs

AI credit packs are one-time consumable in-app purchases through the App Store, not subscriptions. Each credit covers one AI generation. Available packs are:

• Starter: 3 AI generations.
• Creator: 10 AI generations.
• Value: 25 AI generations.

Pack prices and currency are shown in Ringora and Apple's purchase sheet before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Credits are added after Apple verifies the purchase and Ringora confirms delivery. Pending or canceled purchases do not add credits. Retrying delivery of the same verified purchase does not add the pack twice.

Purchased credits do not expire. Unused credits remain in the balance associated with your Ringora account without a time limit. They are separate from Pro, cannot be transferred between Ringora accounts in the current app, and are not cash or redeemable for cash except where required by law or Apple's refund process. Apple-confirmed refunds or revocations remove any unused credits from the affected pack.

When Credits Are Used and Returned

Choosing a photo or preparing a generation does not consume a credit. When a valid generation starts, Ringora reserves one credit before contacting the AI providers. A successfully completed generation uses that credit, even if you dislike the result, do not save or export it, or let its download expire. Checking progress, reconnecting to the same generation, and downloading its available result do not use another credit. Starting a new generation uses a separate credit.

If generation fails or is interrupted before a completed result is available, Ringora returns the reserved credit once. Reconciliation may take additional time after a network or service interruption; reopening the generation or refreshing your credit balance retries it. An interrupted job is treated as failed when its status is checked after the 15-minute generation deadline. Leaving the generation screen does not cancel work already in progress. Use Check Generation to resume checking it.

Generated audio is available for download for seven days from preparation of the generation request. Save a local project or export your audio during that period. This download period applies to completed audio, not to unused purchased credits. Service capacity and safety checks may temporarily limit new generations without expiring your unused balance.

Credit Balance and Purchase Recovery

Your balance is stored on Ringora's server and belongs to your Ringora account. The current app uses an anonymous account rather than an email-and-password sign-in. Reopening Ringora with the same account refreshes the stored balance. If a purchase has not finished syncing, reconnect and use Retry Purchases; Ringora also retries unfinished purchases when it checks for purchase updates.

Apple's Restore Purchases option restores eligible subscriptions; it does not recreate already delivered consumable credits. The current app does not provide automatic cross-device or reinstall recovery after access to the original anonymous account is lost. Using the same Apple Account alone does not restore that Ringora account or move its credits to a new one. If a balance is missing, contact davit@guru-apps.com with your purchase details so we can investigate. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Deleting your Ringora account also deletes its credit balance and ends access to its unused credits. Contact support about any unused balance before account deletion. Deleting an account does not itself cancel Pro or request an Apple refund. Nothing in these Terms limits refund or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Refunds

App Store purchases, including AI credit packs, and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility, approval, timing, and payment reversal are controlled by Apple and applicable App Store policies. GuruApps cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved. You can review Apple's current refund process on the Apple Support website.

Permissions, Storage, and Sharing

Ringora may request access to device features such as the microphone, photo library, files, media, storage, or sharing services. Certain features may not work, or may work with reduced functionality, if required permissions are denied, restricted, unavailable, or disabled.

When you export or share a ringtone or project, the receiving app, service, person, or storage provider controls what happens to that copy under its own terms and privacy practices. GuruApps is not responsible for content after you send it to a third party or save it outside Ringora.

Data Loss and Backups

Device loss, app deletion, operating system changes, insufficient storage, file corruption, permission changes, user action, or software errors may cause projects, recordings, imported files, covers, edits, or exported ringtones to become unavailable. You are responsible for keeping original source files and independent backups of important audio and images. GuruApps does not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of media files. Credit balance storage and recovery are described separately above.

Updates and Availability

GuruApps may update, change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue Ringora, Smart Cut, photo-to-music generation, built-in sounds, free features, usage limits, Pro features, subscription offerings, or support for specific devices, regions, or operating system versions at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.

Intellectual Property

Ringora, including its name, design, code, interface, text, graphics, icons, screenshots, built-in sound collection, and related materials, is owned by GuruApps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any GuruApps intellectual property to you. You retain any rights you lawfully hold in the content you import or record.

Third-Party Services

Ringora may rely on Apple frameworks, App Store services, subscription validation, photo and file pickers, recording features, system sharing, analytics, crash reporting, or other third-party services. GuruApps is not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how GuruApps handles information when you use our apps, website, subscriptions, and support channels. Please review it before using Ringora with personal, private, or sensitive audio.

Disclaimers

Ringora is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuruApps disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.

GuruApps does not warrant that Ringora will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file or device, or that Smart Cut suggestions, recordings, edits, previews, projects, exports, Share Sheet destinations, ringtone installation, or built-in sounds will meet every expectation or remain continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuruApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost audio, lost projects, lost data, copyright claims, privacy incidents, failed exports, missed calls, device or account changes, or other harm arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Ringora.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ringora or related services if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for us or others, or use the app unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Ringora after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
