The details about creditsWhat does one credit cover?
One credit covers one successfully saved purchase and all its items, including receipt capture, friend voting, return tracking, and refund tracking. Scanning, cancelling, editing, and an unsuccessful save don’t spend another credit. Deleting a saved purchase doesn’t give its credit back.
Do I need an account to get started?
No. Start as a guest with one free purchase credit. Sign in with Apple when you want to sync your data or buy additional credits. An internet connection is required to save new purchases and use online features.
Can my friends vote without the app?
Yes. They open your private link in their browser and vote without downloading the app or creating an account. You choose the item details to show. Anyone who receives or is forwarded the link can view those details while the link is active.
Is this a subscription?
No. Extra credits come in one-time packs of 5, 15, or 25. Credits don’t expire, and there is no recurring charge. Prices are shown by the App Store before you buy.
Will the app return items or collect refunds for me?
No. You arrange returns directly with your retailer and confirm return and refund status yourself. Receipt scanning and reminders help you stay organised, but you should always verify the retailer’s policy, deadlines, and the arrival of your refund.
What happens to my receipts and personal details?
Online receipt scanning sends selected receipt pages through our backend to OpenAI to prepare your purchase details. Account sync and private voting use cloud services. Our privacy policy explains the data, providers, analytics, retention, and deletion options.
